Mission Support
Our congregation supports the United Mission of the American Baptist Churches USA as well as their four annual offerings: America for Christ, One Great Hour of Sharing, World Mission Offering, and Retired Ministers and Missionaries Offering.
We also include in our budget, missionary support to Wycliffe Bible Translators, SIM, and local centers such as the Dayton Christian Center, Dayton Christian Schools, and the Dayton Gospel Mission.

Food Pantry
Our church has a food pantry, supplied by church members, stocked with non-perishable food and household items. The items are made available to households in need. Food baskets are also prepared at Thanksgiving and Christmas time to needy families of the church and community.

Fellowship Fund
A confidential fund is maintained by the diaconate board to provide assistance for members of the church and others in the wider community with special needs. An offering is taken on the third Sunday of every month to replenish this fund.

Christmas Outreach

Samaritan's Purse
Sponsored by the Franklin Graham Ministry, each year, church members take the time to fill and wrap shoe boxes with gift items for children of various ages to be sent all over the world. Often, these are the only Christmas presents these children will receive.
Mitten Tree
Each year during Advent, a tree is placed in the foyer for members to decorate with children's gloves and hats. These are then taken to the Dayton Christian Center where they are used as a part of the ministry to families through the holiday and winter season.
Gospel Mission
New, unwrapped items for all ages, as requested by the Gospel Mission are collected and taken to the Mission. Items range from toothbrushes and soap to clothes and toys.
