Parent Newsletter November 2025
The first few months of preschool go by so quickly. It is hard to believe we are in November already.
Just a few reminders for the month:
On a side note, I will be heading out of town on November 14th -17th. If any issues arise, please speak with Ms. Nowak or email me.
I would like to thank all those families that supported us with our Chipotle fundraiser; we made just over $70.

Just a few reminders for the month:
- Daylight savings time is November 2nd, make sure to adjust any clocks back 1 hour.
- Tuition is due Wednesday, November 5th. If you haven’t paid your supply fee, please do so at this time.
- Charlie Brown Thanksgiving is scheduled for Wednesday, November 19th at 11:15 am.
- We play the Charlie Brown Thanksgiving movie and serve up popcorn, jellybeans, “french toast” and pretzels just like in the movie!
- Thanksgiving Break is scheduled for November 24th ~ 28th.
- Thank you to the dudes and dudettes who attended donuts with dudes. The donuts were purchased from Stan the Donut Man

We are continuing to work on our letters, numbers, and shapes. The kids are loving the sensory bins I have for them. Our Charlie Brown Thanksgiving is November 19.

We will continue practicing with scissors and painting.

Hard to believe we are already talking about November and the start of the holidays, but here we are!
I am really excited about this month. We have it packed full of fun activities for the kids. The first up is Operation Christmas Child. Our class will be collecting items to put into shoeboxes (more information on this will come out soon!).
Mid-month, we will be having a Charlie Brown Thanksgiving Feast with our parents here at the school. This takes us right into Thanksgiving break. So as you can tell, we will have an action-packed month.
Please keep working with the kids on what we are learning in class. We move at a fast pace, which does require a certain level of independent work on the kids’ behalf. Several kids lack self-confidence when it comes to table work.

Keep bringing in coats and jackets for the kids. While we have nice days, I want to keep getting them outside as much as possible. We do have little kid rakes in the shed outside that the kids enjoy playing with, so I can’t wait to see them create leaf piles and jump into them during our outside play time.
