Hello Awana Families,
It is amazing how quickly the year is flying by. It seems like we were just celebrating the New Year and here it is February already!! Club is moving forward, extra activities are cut down, but Wednesday nights are still moving forward. Thank you for continuing to send your clubbers on Wednesday nights to club.

IMPORTANT REMINDER
Awana is fun and we hate for clubbers to have to miss it, but we are also concerned for all who attend Awana. Therefore, we are asking that if your clubber is displaying signs of illness, please keep them home. With the virus being so prevalent, and being such a difficult strain, we want to limit its spread through the club and through our homes.

AWANA 2021 GRAND PRIX
We are sorry to announce that, it’s time to TURN OFF YOUR ENGINES and put your cars back in the garage. Due to concerns over the pandemic and the health and safety of all racers and spectators, we are canceling this year’s race. Thank you for understanding.

We have been collecting Nickels & Dimes in a special Awana Bank the 2nd Wednesday of each month. The money raised will be presented to our Awana Missionaries later this year to help support the work they do to help reach kids with the gospel of Christ.
Please encourage your clubber to bring in some change for the bank.
THINGS TO REMEMBER EACH WEEK FOR AWANA!
- Practice your verses and sections at home so you are ready to say them during handbook Time.
- Wear tennis shoes for game time
- Wear your uniform.
- Participate in theme nights.
- Bring a friend.

WINTER CANCELLATION POLICY FOR WEDNESDAY NIGHTS.
With winter here, should there be inclement weather on a club night, a decision about cancellation will be made by 3pm. Please call the office (937) 252-5311, check your email after 3 pm and/or check channel 2 or 7 for church cancellation notices to find out if we’re still having Awana and bible study. Please, if you feel conditions are unsafe do not take any unnecessary chances. The safety of our clubbers and their families is our 1st priority!

Please remember if you do not have a church home you are invited to worship with us! We have Sunday school (for all ages) at 9:50 am, worship services at 10:30 am, and children’s church for preschool thru 6th grade during the 10:30 am service. We hope you will join us! We invite you to come as a visitor and leave as a friend
