Exodus 31:1-11
The way God consecrated the workmen to build the tabernacle=the way God calls believers to build His Church
The materials used in the work= the resources that are necessary for that work
1. Being a consecrated workman requires an appointment.
Church is where God has an appointment to meet with you.
He's calling you by name.
2. It also requires an anointment.
a. filling of the Holy Spirit
You've left no room for other things that might hinder your service for God
b. fitting of the Holy Spirit
God won't give you a job to do unless He equips you with the resources to do it.
c. freeing of the Holy Spirit
He frees us to be original and creative in how we carry out that task.
