Problems in Jacob's family
1. Polygamy
When you have a blended family, there is no way to avoid the pitfalls of partiality, jealousy and injustice.
2. Passivity
The most tragic thing was that Jacob did nothing.
When tragic things happen there needs to be open communication and an opportunity for healing to take place.
Do something to show your family that you care.
3. Principle at work- Bondage leads to more bondage.
Spiritual problems are what kill families.
Unless you address the problem of sin, there is nothing you can do to stop the killing of the family.
