The birth of Christ was the detailed fulfillment of centuries of foresight on the part of God the Father.
People to be prepared
1. John the Baptist
His birth preceding the birth of Jesus is symbolic of his ministry preceding that of Jesus
2. Mary
God prepared Mary because she had such great faith.
She also prepared herself spiritually for the coming of the Christ Child.
Let us be sure we prepare ourselves for the return of Christ as completely as we prepare for Christmas.
3. Joseph
It was this kind of love of a husband for his wife that would create a home in which God wanted Jesus to be
raised.
When your kids are grown, they will look at your relationship as an example of how to treat their spouse.
4. Us
Include Christ in the rest of your preparations.
What better time than Christmas to think about bringing someone to Christ?
