Galatians 6:1-10
Being saved by grace doesn't mean we can sin with total abandon. It means we can totally abandon sin.
1. We have a responsibility to others. (1-3, 10)
a. responsibility of restoration
carry each other's burdens
c. responsibility of doing good
2. We have a responsibility to ourselves. (4-9)
a. responsibility to avoid comparison
b. responsibility of good behavior
two motives : 1. it pleases God
2. it gives us life
c. responsibility of perseverance
3. We have a responsibility to God. (14)
God has done all He can to reconcile the world to Himself. (II Corinthians 5:21; Romans 3:21)
We must come to Him on His terms, not our own.
