Luke 2:15-20
a. saw first-hand the actual events
b. testified as to what they saw.
1. Their witness was a testimony of an experience with Christ.
Straying from our first-hand experience with Christ is like “hearsay” evidence.
2. The witness of the shepherds was a verbal testimony.
How will they know if we don't tell them? (Romans 10:14)
The majority of the opportunities we have to witness are natural and spontaneous.
You don't have to be an expert. All you need to do is tell what you know.
response of the people
a. all who heard it wondered
b. they may not become believers, but they just can't dismiss it!
It is your spiritual responsibility to testify to what you have experienced in Christ.
