Mark 5:21-24, 35-43
1. He was not ashamed to seek out Jesus.
Instructions for spiritual leadership
a. Dedicate your children to God.
b. Teach your children to fear the Lord.
c. Protect them from ungodly influences.
d. Establish your children in church.
e. Encourage them to remain separate from the world.
2. He was not ashamed to bring Christ into his home.
A Christian home is where Christ's presence is acknowledged, His Name is honored, His Word is obeyed.
Passover- the father of the family depended on the father.
3. He was not ashamed to express his love toward her.
Love is not giving children all they ask for.
