1. Possesses an atmosphere in which God is free to move. (vs 1)
Cultivating the atmosphere
a. obedient to His Word
b. faith in His promise
2. Grabs the attention of outsiders (7-8, 12)
The crowd was unable to ignore what was going on.
3. Opens its doors to everyone (17)
no room for race discrimination
no room for gender discrimination
no room for age discrimination
4. Proclaims the message of salvation (21, 38)
If we are not saving souls, we are simply not doing our job.
